Hi dear ones 🙂
Today I want to share with you my daily rituals to keep my vibration up high and feeling in love – with myself and all around me. 🙂 That’s also how I handle things that I cannot be at peace with right away and that are challenging for me.
Basically, all it takes is constant little reminders and “joy-triggers”, meaning intentionally practicing the desired vibration.
Obviously, we are all different and not all the things that work for me will suit you. So I’d like to encourage you to find out your own ways and embedding them into little rituals that are easy for you to maintain. Stay playful and creative with it.
THE FIRST PREMISE IS
I prioritize taking care of myself and making sure that I feel good – above all else. This is the most important thing to me, and I do whatever it takes to keep it my highest priority the best I can.
1. I MAKE SURE TO GET ENOUGH SLEEP
As often as I can. And I pay close attention to my mood upon waking up, spending a little time in bed before getting up to rise into feeling really good and happy by choice before starting my day. That is followed at the end of my day by taking time to briefly review, draw conclusions and giving thanks for experiences as well as challenges.
2. I TAKE TIME TO BREATHE AND FEEL MYSELF
So that I can tune into my body and soul and hear what they need to feel good.
I entertain inner conversation with myself and the sensations in my system as to know where I have work to do or things to resolve. And then I do however much I can do to find into wellbeing.
3. I HAVE MADE IT A HABIT TO OBSERVE MYSELF
I zoom in and out of my experiences, contemplate my reactions and responses, my opinions and prejudices. Then I always see and feel if there’s another way to look at things. Through finding a different point of view resistance often drops and releases its tight grip on us.
4. I ENSURE TO HAVE ENOUGH TIME ALONE AND IN SILENCE
The adventure of life also requires that we clean up and empty ourselves to make room for new things. So I take time to process and integrate my experiences and then to be still, so that life can flow through me without getting stuck.
This is my balancing act between work and rest – active and passive – doing and being.
5. I CONSCIOUSLY GET IN TUNE WITH MY HEART REGULARLY
Throughout the day, I listen to when I feel off and make it a priority to adjust as quickly as I can. If I cannot shift circumstances as soon as I want to, I shift my thoughts around the situation.
6. I MAKE CONSCIOUS CHOICES
And I keep making them, staying awake to myself and what is happening around me. I also track where this leads me and adjust if necessary. Further, I focus on joy and the positive or at least neutral aspects to not add to negative momentum.
7. I ENTERTAIN SMALL DAILY RITUALS THAT MAKE ME FEEL GOOD
Like taking care of myself physically. I love to wash the night off in the morning and the day off before going to bed – with hot and cold showers. I clean my house or space and keep it free of clutter, light a candle here and there, listen to one of my favorite songs or read a few lines in a book that I love. Whatever it is, small joyful things add up tremendously to our overall happiness.
8. I EAT REGULARLY AND WELL
Enjoying selected, organic and healthy food is an act of self-love for me. Because I naturally feel good when my body is at ease, vibrant and healthy. One of my basic habits is to eat without distraction, paying attention to my thoughts while eating as well as my food and my bodily response to the food.
9. I SPEND TIME WITH DAYDREAMING
Thinking of things I love and really feeling them as deeply as I can makes me feel so good. It generates a vibration in me that takes me higher and fuels my motivation to create and take action on what I dream of.
10. I INDULGE IN NATURE
Spending time in a natural surrounding, touching the ground, sensing the elements and their power always calls me into utter presence. My mind stops and I realize myself – not just on the level of human existence but on various others as well. This
